Digital Imaging
Both Mac or PC are acceptable formats.
Use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw are preferred. Please check with us
for any other software applications. Avoid using QuarkXPress which is less compatible
with the large format printing process. (Extra charges for Converting QuarkXPress
to a Large Format may be incurred at a rate of $100.00 per hour.)
PowerPoint, Adobe PageMaker, and any other similar programs are not acceptable.
Graphic files must be set to exact size with no bleed. Please use a bounding box if applicable
on EPS files. Save Adobe Illustrator & Corel Draw files as an EPS, converting all text to outlines/curves.
Include all placed images on the same disk.
Adobe PhotoShop files may be saved as a Tiff with lwz compression. If your file requires adjustments,
please save the file as an unflattened PhotoShop document (psd).
All Raster images (photo image) must be saved at a resolution no less then
72ppi (pixels per inch) at true size. The preferred resolution is between 100-125ppi at actual output size.
(Images are printed at no less then 1200 dpi (dots per inch).
100/250MB Zip Disk, 1GB Jaz, or CD's and DVD's are all acceptable.

where we can reach you. Use no word spaces or space underlines in the file name or folder.
We will be happy to answer any technical questions your design staff may have
or any questions not answered by these guidelines.
To insure proper color and layout, please include a color proof with your files. If the proof
is to be used only for layout/element verification please indicate specified pms color match requirements.
Prior to sending your files to Graphic Workshop please inspect the entire image at 100% on your screen.
What you see is what you get as far as quality. If it is not acceptable to you at that size
you must make adjustments or replace the file. Our goal is to avoid having to charge
our customers extra for file manipulation.
