Production Turnaround Times

*Standard Production Turnaround Times

Normal lead time is 7 to 10 business days from receipt of Graphic file. This does not include

shipping time. If a job is required that has less than a 7 day turnaround time, please call to get

approval prior to sending. Jobs with multiple displays may require more time. Call for scheduling.

Meeting your deadline is a priority, however, we must have adequate time to produce jobs

and maintain the level of quality your clients demand.

*Projects Requiring Proofs

Digital jobs that require a proof prior to final production must have a 10 day turnaround.

A single proof of 20 inches wide by no more than 17 inches in height will be provided free of charge.

Lamination or mounting is not included. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Any file/artwork modifications made by Graphic Workshop will be billed.

All jobs require a 50% deposit to place a order for hardware or graphics and the remaining amount

 is due upon delivery of the job. All shipping charges of either hardware or graphic is the responsibility

of the customer. We can use customer shipping account number to reduce your shipping cost by deleting any

or all handling charges.
